Jake Masterpool embodies what the sport of motocross is all about. Family. He and his brother Ty are always working on improving day in and day out at their father’s 956 training facility down in Paradise, Texas. Named after their late brother Jesse, the facility serves as a place for riders of all kinds to give everything they have to get better and be the best rider
and person they can be. Jake has come a long way from his younger days and as a result of his unwavering effort, he has become a top racer in one of the most competitive and feisty classes of all. The B class. Full of kids right in the prime of puberty, you will find some of the most revved up and testosterone induced action on the track. Jake’s cool, calm and collected nature serves him well in the class as he is able to stay grounded while every one else is wide open and being inconsistent. He is racing a 450 to go along with the 250 this year and it appears he likes the 450 even more. It suits his style and his results have shown that so far this season. He will only get better as the season goes on where he looks to continue winning titles.
