Kyle started his week off confident in Texas. He ended up qualifying fastest in 2 out of 3 classes and was ready for the motos. His first two motos went according to plan as he captured wins in both 250 C Limited and 450 C Jr. Kyle’s first moto of 250 C Jr. also went well after a third place start. He fought his way to the front and nearly made a pass for the lead but had to settle for
2nd. Kyle went into the Mains sitting in very good positions to capture the titles. The first Main was 250 C Limited and Kyle was able to get a great start and stay in front of everyone. He cruised to victory and clenched his first national championship. The next Main for Kyle was 450 C Jr., and he got off to a terrible start. Kyle was able to climb his way up from 8th to 3rd by the second lap and managed to turn the fastest lap of the moto. On the last lap, Kyle was battling for the win and unfortunately went down. He was able to get up to salvage a 5th. and finish 3rd overall in the class. When the last Main began for 250 C Jr., Kyle was ready. He got off to a good start in the top 5 and was able to pass for the lead after 2 corners. He made a few mistakes and let Max lee slide by but was not ready to settle for 2nd. Kyle put his head down and made a last lap charge. It came down to the last corner and unfortunately, White went down. He was able to get up and salvage a 2nd for 2nd overall. With a podium in all three classes and 1 championship, Kyle has proved he is a name in the sport and is here to stay.
