TREY CANARD
Trey Canard’s has had one of the most up and down careers in recent memory. He won the 2008 250 East coast championship in his rookie season and he also won the 2010 250 outdoor motocross championship in dramatic fashion. Other than those two championship seasons, Canard has missed races due to injury in nearly every season of his career. Many of those inju-
ries being very serious like a broken neck and multiple femur breaks. Despite all those setbacks, no one has ever come back from injury stronger than Trey Canard. Nothing overwhelms Canard as he always finds a way to stay posi- tive even when it seems that luck is never in his favor. That constant positivity has made him into one of the bigger fan favorites in the sport. It is unlikely that you will find a nicer and more respectful rider in the pits than Canard. He prides himself on being the best person he can be and it shows in his constant humble demeanor no matter the circumstance. Canard’s positivity was tested again after he suffered yet another freak injury, a gash in his hand, at the beginning of the season. But he is beginning to get the ball rolling in the right direction again after a strong 6th place finish last weekend in Daytona.
