BENNY BLOSS
Here we have a rookie who has made the uncharacteristic move of racing the premier 450 class after
finishing his amateur career. While making your transition to the professional ranks we usually see riders
contend in the 250 class to make a name for themselves before attempting the 450 class. Support at the race track where few and far between in 2016 as most of the rosters where full, leaving Bloss with little opportunity. Time to race was rapidly approaching and Benny was gearing up as a privateer. Unfortunately the BTO Sports ktm team had a rider go down and there was a spot for the young star to join the team as a fill in rider. It has been an up and down go for the #167 but he seems to be finding his groove and looks WAY more comfortable running up front with the “big dogs” of the class. Height is also in Bennys favour as he is one of the biggest riders out on the track, allowing him to adapt to the 450 machine possibly better than the 250. His career is just underway and the opportunities could be endless for the rookie.
