Matt Bisceglia was determined to reconcile his last moto finish when he woke up Saturday morning in
Tennesee. The track was rough and tough and everyone was struggling to find a comfortable pace. Matt qualified just outside the top ten and looked forward to the motos. When the first 450 race began, Matt unfortunately got tangled up in the chaos and found himself near last on the first lap. Matt began making passes quickly and had made his way to a very impressive 20th by the halfway point. Matt continued his
charge and was able to make it up to a very respectable 14th place by the finish. In the second moto, Matt was looking to redeem himself and he did just that with an outstanding start. He was sitting in a hectic 5th place going into the first lap. By the beginning of the second lap, he had shuffled back to 7th place but was keeping good pace. As a few more riders picked him off, Matt was doing everything he could to stay in front of the many more behind him. He was in 11th place with about fifteen minutes to go and knew it would be a long moto. He rode a relatively quiet race after that and lost one more position by the end. Matt would finish up 12th overall for the day in Tennessee with 14-12 finishes.
