                  So let’s review. Here are some fill-in-the-blank items to which I’ll bet you
                                                   can easily respond.



                         Your primary skill when it comes to taming your gremlin is to

                     sheath, known as your s _ _ n, that separates you from the rest of the
                     world. When centering yourself, you may make use of your new

                     mantra, “I’m taming my g r _ _ l _ n.” As you practice putting this
                     information to use day to day and breath to breath, you will become
                     more centered.
