Aplikasi sedang dalam proses pengembangan, pembangunan server dan database telah
selesai dilakukan.
Untuk modul GTRANS yang telah selesai dilakukan.
Modul SBU terdapat penambahan modul (status tunggakan berdasarkan lembar rekening
dan daya pelanggan, monitoring harga jual rata-rata perkwh pergolongan tarif).
Modul INFRA untuk SLA, revenue, dan partnership on progress.
Terkait penggunaan Dashboard bright, sudah dikirimkan ND ke seluruh GM untuk dapat
digunakan dan memberikan saran dan masukkan terkait Dashboard tersebut untuk
pengembangan selanjutnya

21 Peralatan Vicon diseluruh site Peralatan video conference telah dapat digunakan di bESBU, Kantor Limau Jakarta sejak
bESBU tanggal 21 September 2018.
Perangkat vicon di seluruh site bESBU masih dalam proses kesiapan perangkat. Proses
pengadaan perangkat vicon telah selesai pada akhir Desember 2018.

Vicon equipment throughout the Video conference equipment has been able to be used at bESBU, Limau Office Jakarta
bESBU site since September 21, 2018.
The vicon device in all bESBU sites is still in the process of device readiness. The procurement
process for the Vicon device has been completed by the end of December 2018.

22 Dashboard bES Sesuai dengan hasil temuan SPI PT PLN Batam terkait proses pencatatan dan perhitungan
energi listrik PLTMG MPP di Unit BES, untuk tahapan pelaksanaan pengembangan sistem
tersebut dibagi menjadi dua tahapan, yaitu :
a. Pengembangan modul Billing BES
Untuk proses pengembangan modul billing BES, sudah sampai pada tahapan tindaklanjut
hasil UAT karena masih ada beberapa poin yang masih perlu penyesuaian di sistem.
b. Pengembangan modul pencatatan logsheet (aktivitas harian)
Untuk proses pengembangan modul pencatatan logsheet, saat ini sudah di mulai dengan
pengembangan form entrain BBM dan Kwh Expor Impor, sambil menunggu draft final
terkait usulan standarisasi form entrian di seluruh unit BES.

Dashboard bES In accordance with the findings of the SPI PT PLN Batam related to the process of recording
and calculating PLPMG MPP electrical energy in the BES Unit, the stages of implementing
the system development are divided into two stages, namely:
a. Development of BES Billing module
For the process of developing the BES billing module, the UAT results have been followed
up because there are still some points that still need to be adjusted in the system.
b. Development of a logsheet recording module (daily activities)
For the process of developing the logsheet recording module, now it has begun with the
development of the BBM and Kwh Export Import entrain form, pending the final draft related
to the proposed standard form entrian in all BES units.

23 b’ProERM Aplikasi bertujuan untuk membantu pelaksanaan dan monitoring Manajemen Risiko di
lingkungan Perusahaan.
Go live tanggal 3 Oktober 2019.
Saat ini implementasi ERM sedang memasuki tahapan input data master taksonomi untuk
tahun 2020, serta perubahan UI dan perbaikan format download DMR.

b’ProERM The application aims to assist the implementation and monitoring of Risk Management
within the Company.
Go live on October 3, 2019.
Currently the ERM implementation is entering the taxonomy master data input stage for
2020, as well as UI changes and improvements to the DMR download format.
