1. Rapat Rutin Intern Dekom bersama Dilaksanakan minimal sebulan sekali, penentuan agenda rapat dan lokasi rapat
Komite Audit & Komite Manajemen ditetapkan sesuai kebutuhan, terkait pengawasan kepada perseroan.

2. Rapat Rutin Dekom dan Direksi Dilaksanakan minimal sebulan sekali, setiap Minggu kedua atau ketiga. Agenda rapat
dan lokasi rapat ditetapkan Dewan Komisaris yang disampaikan dalam surat atau
surat elektronik sesuai kebutuhan dan perkembangan perseroan.

masing-masing Komite.

4. Rapat Khusus Intern Dekom Apabila terdapat hal khusus yang segera harus dibicarakan, maka selain Rapat
Rutin, dapat dilaksanakan Rapat Khusus Intern Dekom, dengan agenda, lokasi yang
ditentukan sesuai arahan Komisaris Utama.

with the agenda, location determined in accordance with the direction of the President

5. Rapat Khusus Dekom-Direksi Apabila terdapat hal khusus yang mendesak terkait perkembangan perseroan, maka
selain Rapat Rutin Dekom-Direksi bulanan, dapat dilakukan Rapat Khusus Dekom-
Direksi dengan agenda dan lokasi yang disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak Dekom
dan Direksi.

Regular Board of Commissioners-Directors Meeting, A Board of Commissioners-Directors
Special Meeting Special JointMeeting can be held, with the agenda and location agreed
by both the Board of Commissioners and Directors.
6. Workshop, Seminar dan lain-lain Dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas dan Wawasan Anggota Dekom, Sekdekom,
Anggota Komite, maka dapat mengikuti / melaksanakan Workshop , Seminar dengan
skala Nasional maupun Internasional, benchmarking, agar dapat meningkatkan nilai
perseroan. Program ini dilaksanakan 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun. Usulan Workshop,
Seminar, Benchmarking dilakukan oleh masing-masing Anggota Dekom, Sekdekom,
Anggota Komite, sesuai kebutuhan dan mendapatkan persetujuan Komisaris Utama.

a national or international scale, benchmarking, to increase the value of the company.
This program is carried out 2 (two) times a year. Proposed Workshops, Seminars,
Benchmarking conducted by each Member of the Board of Commissioners, Secretary,
Committee Members, as needed and obtain the approval of the President Commissioner
7. Rapat Evaluasi Tahunan Dewan Komisaris pada akhir tahun melaksanakan Evaluasi akhir tahun atas pelaksanaan
tugasnya dan hasil kerja tahun sebelumnya, serta menyusun program kerja tahun
berikutnya dan Rencana Anggaran yang diperlukan.

Yearly Evaluation Meeting The Board of Commissioners at the end of the year carries out a year-end evaluation
of the implementation of its duties and work results of the previous year, and prepares
the next year’s work program and the necessary Budget Plans.
