    Now your property is on the market, we will ensure we offer it to the
    clients we already have on our waiting list  and keep you informed of
    the level of interest.
    We will launch  your property on the most prominent internet sites
    including a ‘Premiere Listing’ on realestate.com and the ‘Platinum
    Subscription’ on Domain.com which will highlight your property and
    keep it on top of the search pages for 60 days.
     As your agent, I love to launch your property with an advertised open
    home. We have been having great success with selling properties when
    advertising an open home in The Examiner Property Guide as the
    property is first listed online. This ensures we gather the full range of
    buyers to create that competition required to achieve the maximum
    sale price. 
    We will produce glossy brochures and prepare a contract with title
    information, ready for offers. The signboard will also be installed within
    24 hours.

    We will provide a range of feedback, from online reports to regular
    phone contact – whichever mode of contact you prefer.



      Your property for               Offers will be gathered in writing in order to gauge the level
      sale                            of seriousness and commitment of the purchaser.  We will
                                      work with buyers to compile their offers in the form of a
                                      contractc to present to you.  Once you have  accepted and
                                      signed your preferred offer, this forms the contract of sale.
                                      We will then email a copy of the contract to all parties i.e.,
                                      owner, purchaser and each parties’ conveyancer.



    Where possible we’ll follow-up with the purchaser to ensure that any conditions in the contract will be
    satisfied, but your conveyancer is the person responsible for completing the sale.  Your conveyancer
    will provide the relevant council certificates and establish the time and date for settlement (the date for
    payment and change of ownership).
