Most people looking to sell, start with an appraisal. I will visit the
starting with an
appraisal property and undertake market research on comparable recent
sales and assess similar properties on the current market to
ascertain where your property fits in price.
If you’re an owner/occupier this is very easy and if your property
is tenanted, we will arrange to view asap through the tenant.
We are always very respectful of the tenants’ rights and ensure
that we provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any visits to the
property.
Once the property is appraised, information can be provided on pricing, marketing and also advice on
whether there are any works that may be advisable prior to listing to maximise price.
We can co-ordinate trades for any repairs etc or provide contacts to the seller if preferred.
