Motion made by Tom and seconded by Don to accept the minutes of las month’s meeting as published in the SHA Newswatch. Motion passed.
Membership Report – Mike reported that 26 members paid in May. We have a total of 575 paid members year to date. The Shenandoah Homeowners Association dues remain at $30 per year for 2017. Please send in your dues, or you can pay them via PayPal on the website. (shawebwatch.com)
Security Report – Tom Hirschey – Tom reported that we still have the increased patrol hours of 160 hours per month and that will remain for the foreseeable future. The junk car abatement project is about to wrap up. 25 MPH signs are now up throughout the neighborhood. Still need two signs on Monitor, one eastbound and one westbound. The camera site on Confederate at Tiger Bend is still moving forward. Tom responded to a complaint he had received from a resident stating that she doesn’t see the patrol vehicles on the streets
