An incidence of solicitation was reported by one homeowner with some discussion about coverage under the ordinance. Tom confirmed that Kleinpeter Substation Sheriff’s deputies have been alerted that all residences in Shenandoah Estates are covered by the solicitation ordinance because every entrance into the subdivision does have “No Solicitation” signs posted. Any incidence of solicitation, with the exception of politicians, religious groups, and Boy/ Girl Scouts, should be reported to the Sheriff at the non-emergency phone number of 225-389-5000.
