Tom also reported that the new camera on Hagerstown at North Shore should be up and runningin the next few weeks. The next annual National Day Out Against Crime will be held on Oct. 27, 2018, 12:00-3:00, at St. Andrews Methodist Church.
The next SECPID meeting will be held March 20, 2018 at 6:30 at the Jones Creek Library. SECPID president, Chester Welch, was in attendance. He is requesting input from residents on ideas for spending of SECPID funds for the subdivision.
Architectural Report – Ken clarified that the size of storage buildings requiring a permit from the city is any building over 200 square feet. He also clarified that a brand-new fence requires a permit, regardless of the length, but a replacement or repair of an existing fence only requires a permit if the new part is over 25 feet in length.. Grass over 12 inches high over 50% of a yard is considered blight. Black water pools and junk cars are also considered blight. An overhead wire on Antioch was reported to
