Present: Henry Grace, President; Eileen Stradley, Secretary; Don Regner, Vice President; Tom Hirschey, Security; Kevin McNicoll, Board Member; Ken Buturla, Board Member; Ray Domingue, Board Member, and Sandy Smith, Board Member
Absent: Mike Bass, and Sandra Lambert. Quorum present.
President - Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Henry Grace. Pledged allegiance to the Flag. Election of new board member to replace Prentice Ferrill was postponed until next month because candidate was out sick.
Secretary’s Report – Motion made and passed to accept the minutes of the last meeting as printed in the last issue of Newswatch.
Membership Report – Henry- 2017 ended with a total of 614 paid members of SHA. We had total receipts of $22,029.73 and total expenses of $18,627.64. The budget will remain the same in

2018. We have 22 paid members to date in 2018. Annual membership letter will be sent out soon. The Shenandoah Homeowners Association dues will remain at $30 per year for 2018. Please send in your dues, or you can pay them via PayPal on the website. (shawebwatch.com).
Security Report – Tom Hirschey – Tom reported a total of 182 patrol hours in January. We have 7 unmarked units and 1 marked unit. The camera site at Hagerstown and North Shore is progressing well. Lake at White Oak is interested in doing other cameras at the 3 other entrances from LAWO into Shenandoah. They will share information. Tom and Don will start another junk car abatement project soon to identify junk cars in the neighborhood. Stats will be printed in the Newswatch. Year-over-year comparisons will be posted on the SECPID website which is linked to the SHA website.
The next SECPID meeting will be held January 16, 2018 at 6:30 at the Jones Creek Library. Architectural Report – Ken reported that a resident on Cold Harbor wants to put up a small storage building behind the house. Board had no objections. A resident on Confederate asked about putting up a
