Newswatch – There was an article in the last newsletter about parking ordinances. Parking ordinances will be enforced all year. Residents are reminded that not having address visible on house is
against the law.
Beautification Report – The "YARD OF THE MONTH" in Shenandoah Estates for February 17126 E. Rockbridge. They will receive a $25 gift certificate from Cleggs Nursery. Congratulations! Residents are reminded that they can nominate yards for “Yard of the Month” on the website.
Kevin suggested that we buy Mardi Gras wreaths to decorate the front entrance on Shenandoah Ave. The Board agreed.
