he did not know how to write and read, in his simplicity, was a
very wise man, he knew a lot about the Bible, he was a supporter
of cordel literature and traveled the whole country working and
playing his guitar, which was his passion. Even though he was a
simple man, he thought his children to be serious, so much that
my father, as I mentioned before, is former military police officer,
and so is my uncle Elias.

One thing that only a few people know is that in the city of
Embu Guaçu, in São Paulo, there is a street named after this late,
dear, and humble gentleman. Even though he was a simple man,
his name was immortalized by his family legacy and by this tribute
from the city.
