ADAM: My wrist doesn’t really hurt today, but last week I thought I may have a
problem, it was sensitive out in the cold.

ENDERMEN: Oh yes, cold sensitivity is a sign of serious wrist problems, and I see some
wrinkles here. Look at this photograph Jenny took, see how big this wrinkle is, the
prudent thing to do is replace your wrist. A new wrist will be much stronger. Jenny is
going to put a laser light on your wrist and then she will bring you to talk to our treatment
coordinator Jessica. I guess I will see you tomorrow.

Scene Three
A well-lit small consultation room near the reception area is decorated with a handsome desk, two
comfortable opposing chairs and a large flat screen on the wall. Assorted bank and credit card
brochures are present on the desk and a big model of a wrist is prominently displayed. Jessica, 40
something years old, dressed in business attire welcomes Adam with a big smile and an
outstretched hand.

JESSICA: Hi Adam, I understand your wrist has some wrinkles. Why don’t we look at your
photos on the screen to your right? You know, I’ve been here for over seven months now, I
have seen so many wrists like yours. See how this wrinkle extends all the way to the side,
you really have to replace this wrist. Dr. Endermen had to run to one of our other offices,
but if he was still here I am sure he would suggest you do both wrists. It really is best to do
them in pairs, it’s likely your other wrist will develop a wrinkle and we don’t want that to
happen.

ADAM: I really don’t know much about wrists; do you think there is any other treatment
that will work? Is it expensive? Where are the wrists made?

JESSICA: Those are all excellent questions. We only use the best wrists and we make them
right here in the office. Sally already has your credit approval, so just sign here and we can
schedule your appointment for tomorrow.

Scene Four
The next morning in a somewhat cluttered treatment room. A plastic wrapped chair sits in the
center of the room. The Ubiquitous flat screen hangs on the wall and in the corner, hums a small
appliance. Jenny, texting on her phone, greets Adam with a distracted smile.

JENNY: Hi Adam, have a seat, I just wiped down the plastic. The Doctor will be with you
shortly. Did you notice our new air purifier? Our offices were the first to get them, Home
Depot sold out so quickly.

ADAM: This is my first new wrist.
JENNY: Don’t worry, the Doctor is going to scan your old wrist and fit you with a new one later
today.
The door of the treatment room slowly opens and in walks someone new
JENNY: Adam, Dr. Endermen doesn’t work here anymore, this is Dr. Herobrine, she will be
taking care of you now.
DR HEROBRINE: Hi Adam,
