     How to grow
Firstly, you need to understand yourself, your strengths and the things you are passionate about. Next, you'll look at some of the core capabilities at Nuix that you might want to learn more about. Finally, you can put that into a Grow Plan and incorporate some success factors. This page is about you, your strengths and passions.
Gaps vs. Strengths
Traditionally, learning activities were often centred around missing skills or "gaps". Recently, there has been a movement towards "strengths-based development".
Orienting your learning around natural aptitudes and talents and deepening your existing experience makes sense when you consider the role of key players in a sporting team or theatre production. If you are a talented lighting technician, your "gap" would be in acting skills. Learning for the gap would see you in drama school. A learning plan that involved extending your technical lighting skills makes more sense (unless you want to be an actor!).
When planning your Know To Grow activities, it's important that you reflect on your key strengths and the talents you bring to Nuix that you would like to continue developing.
Passion
What are you passionate about?
Passion is an important motivator and helps you keep learning and growing even when life gets busy. If you're finding the going tough, then perhaps this is an area you aren't so passionate about or you simply need to reignite your passion. Re-engaging with Nuix's values and mission, your personal values and those of colleagues can often help.
When you combine your strength areas with your passion, these are the activities that come more easily and where you find yourself in Flow.
                    Use of Strengths
Things are energizing and easier to do well when your passion and strengths align
Things are harder to do, taking up more energy and offering less fulfillment
