Grow Plan
When working out what to include in your Grow Plan, consider skills and attributes across 3 domains:
People/ Interpersonal Skills Business Acumen Technical Skills
As you reflect, include skills and attributes needed for your current and future roles. These attributes are often referred to as capabilities and include ability, knowledge, expertise or similar terms.
Along with the technical capabilities required for your role, two other groupings of capabilities are important. Those covering the more human aspects of our work and those business capabilities that are common across most roles. to business.
