ARIZONA VIETNAM VETERANS DINNER

The Arizona Military Museum, a Vietnam War Commemoration Partner, will host the annual
Arizona’s Vietnam Veterans Dinner to honor veterans who served in and during the Vietnam War.
Colonel Joey Strickland, USA (Ret), Director of the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs
is our keynote speaker. He is a true friend of all veterans. The video theme and challenge coins
relate to USMC at Khe Sanh and 1 Air Cavalry.

Many who attended last year said they really liked the ambiance. The sign-in table, bar,
nearby restrooms, band, TV monitors, Dias, risers, attendees’ tables, and head table are all outside.
DINNER SEATING at tables can seat 10. If you have not been vaccinated, we recommend
wearing masks to protect yourself except when eating and drinking. It’s your call. We hope you
attend to honor Vietnam veterans.

DATE/TIME: October 2, 2021. Check in and No-host bar at 5:30 pm.
PROGRAM: Seating at 6:30. Program begins at 7:00 pm.
LOCATION: Scottsdale Plaza Resort, 7200 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ
ATTIRE: Business-casual or military uniform.
COST: $50.00/person for double entre meal.
Check-in and no-host bar are at 5:30 to 7:00pm. Program begins at 7:00pm.
