        COVID-19 Vaccine Plan (as of June 30, 2021):
            •  The COVID-19 vaccine is available to all Veterans. For the Prescott vaccine clinic, please
               schedule by calling 928-717-7406 for an appointment and to confirm days available to receive
               either the Moderna vaccine or for the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. For Veterans
               wishing to receive the vaccine at a NAVAHCS’ CBOC, call the CBOC for a date and time for
               both the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Veterans can also go to MyHealtheVet to
               OPT-IN to be placed on the call list for scheduling.
            •  Walk-ins are welcome at all NAVAHCS vaccination sites, including those under the SAVE
               Lives Act (non-enrolled Veterans, spouses and caregivers).
            •  As of June 30, 2021, NAVAHCS has given a total of 20,854 doses of the Moderna and a total
               of 486 single dose Janssen COVID vaccines.
        VA Video Connect (VVC) Data (as of June 30, 2021):
            •  For FY21, NAVAHCS has provided 17,562 VVC appointments for Veterans. Veterans are
               continuing to utilize VVC services in-lieu of face-to-face appointments and are anticipating
               further expansion of services.
        Baby Welcoming Donation:
            •  Susan Johnson-Molina, the Women Veterans Program Manager is working with a local non-
               profit organization who is donating New Baby Welcoming Totes to Veterans and their families.
               So far, we have 4 families designated to receive the totes and we hope to have more in the

        Veteran VA Medical Care Debts
            •  The VA is cancelling/refunding first party Copayments and cost shares for all Medical
               appointments and Medication fills for Dates of Service between April 6, 2020 – September
               30, 2021. Refunds are underway and are expected to be completed by July 31, 2021.
            •  Statements will remain on a freeze until after September 30, 2021.
            •  Modified statements are to resume in July 2021, after refunds have been initiated.

        NAVAHCS Events & Activities:

            •  On June 24 , NAVAHCS hosted their first ever PTSD Awareness Month Event. Approximately
               60 patients and staff enjoyed food and beverages, music, information tables, and Bethany’s
               Gait (local non-profit) therapy horses.  Goodie bags were provided to Veterans with information
               about services, donated items from Be Connected, items from our Suicide Prevention Team
               and much more.

            •  On June 22 , NAVAHCS held a Virtual Women Veterans Focus Group with good participation
               from our women Veterans.
