Farewell to Bobbie
It is with a very heavy heart to say that Bobbie Anderson, our SCI Coordinator at the Phoenix
VAMC, has retired as of 4/30/2021. Bobbie was the key to our success with helping so many of
our Phoenix area SCI veterans. We always knew we could count on her to assist us with any
hospital related issues. She followed through on every one of our requests to help our veterans.
She knew her job “inside and out”, and it showed every time we called on her for help. The most
important quality that was so evident with Bobbie is that she knew all of her SCI and ALS
veterans, and she genuinely cared about each and every one of them. Not only did she know and
care about the veterans, but she also knew and cared about all their spouses too.
