Since some time, the decision-makers of our company have observed national and international markets
very closely, and have analyzed competitors’ offers and global economic behaviour, especially those
markets that include our areas of activity. We have connections and resources available that ensure
comprehensive and market-oriented advice for our clients or our own company philosophy, respectively.

We are committed to the highest quality and aim to provide interested parties and our clients with
creative, specialist and results-oriented advice in order to support their investments.

We develop strategies and concepts, carry out market and company analyses, plan and optimize business

processes and advise on issues of project management and quality assurance. We support our investors
and clients respectively to successfully present themselves and communicate in an international market,
to strengthen their competitiveness as well as to build and secure long-term competitive advantages.

After the company was founded, on 16 September 2014 the founder began to form the management for
the operative business field and to specify the various fields of activity in accordance with the corporate
philosophy.

Following this, internationally established network platforms were compiled for the individual fields of
activity in order, on the one hand, to specify the comprehensive range of activities and, on the other hand,

to take the individual network platforms into consideration for support of the specialist competent
implementation of our individual business segments.

As a performance-oriented company, we present a wide range of investments, products and services. Our
competence in implementing large volume areas of activity is based on efficient organization in a clearly
structured group consisting of members of the management team and corresponding Network platforms.

With this efficient structure, we can meet current and future changes to the markets, and take quick and
non-bureaucratic decisions supported by sound expert knowledge.

Only thus can we react quickly and appropriately to the international challenges of today’s increasing
globalization combined with global economic and political inter-locking.

Their implementation requires a corresponding corporate structure with the foundation of further
member companies at locations predestined for this and the expansion of our workforce, in order to be
