The SEASIDE HOLDINGS LLC is a member of the SKYBRIDGE TRUST GROUP. It is managed within the
group of companies as an intermediate holding company.

The SEASIDE HOLDINGS LLC founded as an intermediate holding company and has in its position on

powers to act around to implement the business spectrum at the predestined locations.

In addition the Company will draw up predestined investment, business as well as marketing concepts for
the implementations of the specified fields of activity and exclusively make these available to the
