Primarily assets of the following asset categories are managed in the Multi Family Office:

Property as well as real estate assets (properties; islands; private and commercial real
estate substances plus projects of all kinds)

Monetary assets (cash; bank credit balances; participations)
Securities (shares; bonds; certificates; funds; financial instruments, etc.)
Precious metals (gold & diamonds)
Other assets (works of art; yachts; license rights, etc.)

Oriented to the Global Wealth Management, the SKYBRIDGE TRUST (Multi Family Office), integrated
within the group, will be assigned the necessary supervisory and control mechanisms incl. their authori-
zations to issue instructions as well as to act towards further Interim Holding Companies and their range
of activities.

The SKYBRIDGE TRUST is an asset protection trust headquartered in the state of Nevada. This trust acts as
the primary holding company of the SKYBRIDGE TRUST GROUP.

In addition it develops investment, business and marketing concepts with regard to the range of activities
of the group and its member companies. The Primary Holding Company will as licensor exclusively make
these concepts available to the relevant member companies.

Furthermore, the Primary Holding Company will actively and passively supervise assets of the group as
well as selected clients, within the scope of an asset and portfolio management, hedge these with
corresponding collateralization parameters as well as according to respectively underlying target
stipulations, optimize and manage these strategically for operative business segments.
