Corporate Presentation / Spectrum of activities

                                            PRODUCT- AND SERVICE SPECTRUM

an issue or the social changes or whether it concerns how a company or a country behaves.

Intensive distribution battles for food, water and habitat, natural disasters as harbingers of a dramatic
climate change and refugee flows to an unknown extent have sensitised humanity: More sustainable

actions for the sake of one’s own future have become the motto.

As far as our field of activity the "real estate sector" is concerned we have thus oriented this, besides the
classical real estate sectors, likewise strategically to the environment and its society.

We therefore hereby use predestined and at the same time recognised studies from environmental
research. We in particular resort to architects; project planners; environmental researchers, who face the
challenge to develop solutions for the problems caused by urbanisation and climate change.

These reports to us regarding forecasts that by 2050 around 70% of the world’s population will live in

urbanised regions. In view of the fact that around 90% of the largest cities in the world are located directly
next to water we are forced to reconsider our life with water in the built environment. In view of the
inability to foresee future developments and unforeseeable needs we should develop flexible strategies.

We also pursue the vision hereby that floating major projects in an urban environment offer a tangible

solution for these problems, which are both flexible as well as sustainable and take urban components
into consideration, which are dynamic instead of static.

The use of the available urban water as building foundation relieves the space for a new density and offers
cities worldwide the possibility to react flexibly to the climate change and the urbanisation.

First cities are being planned by architects and project planners for this purpose, whose projects comprise
both, floating subsidised apartments as well as floating islands and floating high-rise apartment blocks.

For example the Maldives have thus agreed, within the scope of a Joint Venture, to develop floating

islands, floating golf courses as well as floating hotels with conference centres. This master plan for the
Maldives is a solution for the urgency of the rise in sea level.
