Our recommendation for a balanced asset portfolio, by paying attention to the fast-moving globalisation
processes, is oriented to an investment period of 3-5 years. Important in this respect is to enable the

optimisation process of such an asset portfolio and, in particular the retention of value as well as the
growth in value of the assets of our customers by diversified direct investments. The transparency and
liquidity are also important to us hereby as well as the yield and a corresponding risk assessment.

Produced in a million years and appreciated for thousands of years, diamonds are seen as a tangible asset
of consistent value. Considered from a statistical point of view the diamond price has consistently
developed upwards in the past decades and has always retained its value over centuries and is a status
symbol in demand due to its rarity.

The value of a diamond - e.g. “1 ct; colour D; clarity flawless” amounted in 1960 - to approx. USD 2,700.
The performance until 2020 is assessed by specialists to USD 28,400. This would correspond with a
forecast increase in value of more than 1,050%, in the period of time from 1960 - 2020. Source:
