“SEASIDE” is the link between the buyer and the seller. “SEASIDE” cooperates directly with the seller’s
platforms, which on the other hand are the owners / partners of the diamond mines or their diamonds.

Unnecessary trading margins are thus avoided for the investor, which have a positive effect on the
purchase and sale and consequently the thus associated growth in value.

Diamonds are more suitable for a medium- to long term investment period. A competent investor is aware
that after a classical diamond purchase, no regular yields are generated during its possession.

“SEASIDE” has however exclusive capitalisation concepts, which also enable an investor to generate
corresponding profits/yields during the holding period/ possession of his diamonds.

The lead currency with diamonds is, as with almost all commodities, the US Dollar. Thus, with the

purchase of diamonds for the protection of assets, the par value of other currencies to the current US
Dollar is also to be taken into consideration.

The diamond trade is still a purely physical business, in which the stones are still passed from hand to
hand. The business of the stockbrokers, on the other hand, is a purely virtual business, with which the
physical share is no longer moved, but only its value on the computer.

The focus is being increasingly placed on diamonds as a crisis-resistant tangible asset and they have long
since established themselves for the protection of assets and diversification in investment portfolios.
Diamonds features a low correlation to other investment classes and are independent of the stock

markets’, banks and state budgets with regard to their performance. The oligopoly of the extracting
companies ensures stable prices.
