                                            PRODUCT- AND SERVICE SPECTRUM

Precious metal range (diamonds & gold)

First class diamonds are thus among a very valuable as well as durable investment! From the
consideration of a diamond investment, the so-called - “4 C” quality features are an essential component
for their pricing, according to which a stone is classified, appraised, assessed and thus valuated.

The “4 C” quality features are as follows:

#1 - “CARAT” (details relating to the weight)

#2 - “COLOUR” (details relating to the colour)
#3 - “CLARITY” (details relating to the purity)
#4 - “CUT” (details about the cut)

The aforementioned quality features are decisive criteria for the determination of the identity, the price as
well as the performance of a diamond.

Every diamond absolutely needs to have an independent certificate, which is like the diamond's passport.
Brilliants that are suited for asset protection purposes must have a reputable and (!) internationally
accepted certificate that documents the price-determining criteria of the stone and its identity.

Globally, the certificates of the renowned "Gemological Institute of America (GIA)" enjoy highest
acceptance and reputation. In Europe, it is the certificate of the "Hoge Raad Voor Diamante" (HRD) from
Antwerp/Belgium that is respected, but it is of limited importance at the big diamond markets in the USA
               and Asia.

The quality of the certificate determines the purchase price as much as the resale price at a later stage.
Price comparisons are only useful for diamonds with the same certificates and same quality findings.

During the purchase process, our “SEASIDE” verifies whether the certificate number specified by the

supplier has actually been issued by the laboratory and compares the data on the certificate with the data
               from the certificate issuer.

The detailed and multi-stage purchase and verification procedure serves the purpose of achieving the
highest possible level of safety for our customers.
