For the implementation of the "Skybridge Investment Platform" a solid foundation is created for the
investor for his asset portfolio. This concerns the formation of a corporate structure, which is essential for
the protection of as well as expansion of an asset portfolio.

With the formation of a corporate structure at locations predestined for this purpose, the investor does
not only use personal advantages, he additionally also protects his asset portfolio against unexpectedly
occurring events.

Irrespective whether the investor sees the formation of a corporate structure from an entrepreneurial or
