EXCLUSIVE BUSINESS MODEL

Purchase of assets:

As documented in our previous presentation, the purchase of various assets is envisaged for the
implementation of the "Skybridge Investment Platform", after the structural protection (corporate
structure) of the asset portfolio has been carried out.

The special feature of this asset portfolio consists of the fact that the acquisition of assets contained
therein is exclusively carried out in the asset material value area. The capitalization conceptions
integrated therein and thus generated proceeds are carried out in the monetary value area.

A healthy mix of investment strategies is therefore created within the asset portfolio in order to be able to
service the investor with regard to his personal targets and needs from the stock of his short-, medium-
and long-term investments.

Described as material values are goods, which can also retain their value if, for example, the monetary
value falls owing to inflationary tendencies. Therefore, material values are also deemed as being of stable
value and are a secured investment strategy particularly in times of crisis. They can all even profit from
inflation and rising prices as also rises in these economic phases. Material values could merely lose in
value for a short period of time with a deflation as their price falls. As, however, deflation occurs

substantially more rarely than inflation, investments in material values are preferred worldwide.

Material values are not exposed to any foreign exchange rate fluctuations either during the possession of
the property and can determine the respective type of foreign currency themselves in case of a resale.

As with the acquisition of the assets likewise the capitalisation conceptions are applied the investor is
enabled in this platform the generation of monetary values in order to thus service short-term capital
structures or to be able to cover respectively settle the regular costs for the receipt of the acquired assets.

The acquired asset material values therefore form the foundation of the asset set-up within the especially

formed asset portfolio. After the acquisition of the asset material values the investor then continues to use
these for the financing and capitalization conceptions contained within the scope of the "Skybridge
Investment Platform" for the further profit maximization and at the same time coverage of the regular
costs for the retention of the asset portfolio.
