               This concerns, for example, the following positions:


                              Protection of possession;
                              Protection of legal anonymity;

                              Asset and liability protection;
                              Tax optimization


               After the completed foundation phase of the property company the investor will acquire a property in the
               up market segment. This  may concern land or an island for its development (object/ project) or the

               acquisition of an  existing property. Its ultimate decision is oriented to the requested location of the
               property, the amount of the employment of capital requested from the investor and the thus associated
               individual investment objectives.


               The use of the acquired property is envisaged for letting and a further capitalization in future - as well as

               profit optimization of the property. The letting concerns qualified tenants, which are selected according to
               an  accordingly  underlying  Compliance  profile  in  order  to  guarantee  the  intrinsic  value  as  well  as  the
               growth in value of the property.


               An essential part of our Compliance profile also consists of covering the regular of such a property with

               the selection of qualified tenants and the thus generated rental income, so that no further additional costs
               are incurred for the investor for the retaining the possession of his property.


               As far as the further capitalization as well as profit  optimization  of the  property is concerned more
               detailed reference is made hereto in the following investment stages.


               The complete property management incl. its maintenance; letting; management; security with video
               surveillance; accounting; the purchase and resale of a property and, if required, also the boat service and
               transport shuttle, is ensured by our group and its network partners.


               This management and services also includes the foundation of a property company for the acquisition and
               protection of the  property,  a corresponding office service for  this  purpose  for a branch as well as the
               opening of  business accounts for the property company and also included in this its investment and
               management consultancy as well as the contacts and  trustees towards service providers; authorities;
               management tasks; insurances, etc.
