4. Investment stage:

After the acquisition of further assets has been carried out the 4th investment stage includes the control
as well as supervisory measures including the management as well as the profit maximization, based on
the acquired assets.

5. Investment stage:

In this phase the resale of the acquired assets is carried out, with the aim of from its proceeds to settle the

redemption for the remaining external funds from the project financing and therefore to end its
contractual term.

The remaining capital proceeds from the resale of the acquired assets plus their generated reserves serve
the profit maximization, based on originally employed equity of the investor in the 1st investment stage.

Additional remark:

The investor will solely bear the decision regarding the previously forecast progress of the 5th investment
stages.

The investor can, for example, take advantage of further options by the fact that he extends the
contractual term of the project financing to a further 5 years in order to optimize the income and growth
in value of his acquired assets in this phase.

The investor can in addition also during the contractual term continue to monetarize his acquired assets,
to use their generated capital funds for further project financing and the additional acquisition of assets.

In addition, the investor does not have to sell all the acquired assets, he is at liberty to further retain a part
hereof in his asset portfolio.
