               the contractual term.


               The appropriation of funds of the generated net external funds from the project financing will be used
               with an amount of approx. 60% for the acquisition of further properties,  with  approx. 18% for the
               acquisition of securities and likewise with approx. 18% for the acquisition of diamonds and gold.


               The remaining  net external  funds will be used for the redemption of the gross amount of the
               monetarization funds. Therefore the liabilities (capital service) from the monetarization phase will then
               have been fully completed and settled.

               3. Investment stage:


               After the capitalization (monetarization) of the existing assets (property) was carried  out  and  the
               generated net capital funds from the monetarization were used for a subsequent project financing, in the

               3rd Investment stage with the generated net external funds from the project financing, the acquisition will
               then be carried out of further assets for the expansion of the asset portfolio for the benefit of the investor.


               Based on the net external funds generated from the project financing, the investor will acquire with an
               amount  of  approx.  60%  further  properties,  for  approx.  18%  securities  and  for  a  further  approx.  18%
               diamonds and gold.


               The holding period of the acquired assets is adjusted to the contractual term of the project financing and is
               thus 5 years. These investments are strategically oriented-,


                              so that the acquisition of further  properties serves to generate regular income from a
                             qualified letting, primarily for settling the regular costs and in addition to achieve
                             decisive growth in value during the holding period of these properties;


                              with the acquisition of securities, to  generate annual dividends,  which is ultimately
                             oriented to the growth in value of the individual securities during the holding period; and


                              with the acquisition  of diamonds and gold during the time of the holding period to
                             achieve decisive growth in value.
