EXCLUSIVE BUSINESS MODEL

The "Skybridge Investment Platform" is an investment product especially developed by the company,
which will be transferred as a licensed product of the Primary Holding Company and may exclusively only
be marketed by the future member companies of the group worldwide.

For this purpose international experienced network platforms are also integrated for its implementation,
the access of which is only made possible to those investors, who are to be qualified according to thus
underlying Compliance guidelines.

An essential perquisite for the qualification on this investment platform is formed by the equity ratio that
is initially to be provided by the investor, which presumes a minimum capital volume of -

US Dollar 1,500,000.00.

Based on this equity stipulation it becomes clear which clientele of investors receive the access to this
licensed investment product. It is therefore in no way a "mass product" but rather promises a corres-
ponding "exclusivity" for its access and thus associated very attractive profit maximizations from such an
up market investment strategy.

The "Skybridge Investment Platform" has developed individual investment stages for the formation of
such an asset portfolio, which can be seen as follows:

1. Investment stage:

The foundation of a property company for the acquisition of a property. The foundation location as well as
registered seat of such a property company, is oriented to the location of the property that is to be
acquired in future as well as the thus associated basic economic, political and legal conditions.

The company foundation is of elementary importance for the investor as he protects the acquisition of his
property with such a corporate structure and therefore enjoys the following benefits for his property and
for himself as an investor.
