The Purple Frog jumped down from his toadstool and

commented on the day becoming quite cool.

Grandma Polly got her bag and started to stand, holding the soft

little red mitten in her hand.

“This will serve to keep you warm. Just snuggle in it during chill

or storm.”

The big Purple Frog said with delight,

“I will use it this very night! Thank you so much for your good
deed! This is exactly what I need.”

He then looked at each boy, and told them how much their visit

brought him joy.
