C. CUSTOMER VISIT

In FY2020, the Company couldn’t be invited the Customers for a Plant Visit to see the facilities and
technology updates, quality improvements, and also process improvement in KRA due to pandemic. In order
to keep promoting KRA to customers, the company created a plant tour video to facilitate it.

D. EXTERNAL AUDIT AGENDA

In 2020, due to pandemic Covid-19, some regular Audit agenda couldn’t be conducted. From 6 aspects
(Quality, Safety, Environment, Compliance, Company Social Responsibility, Security) that regularly audited,
there are only some audits that can be conducted like follows:

AGC & AFC Audit from ASTRA (June 2020)

Due to the pandemic situation, AGC & AFC audits were conducted by self-assessment and all data was
uploaded to ASTRA's online system.

PROPER Audit from Government (17 July 2020) Company
Improvement
Activities
This audit was aimed to check company’s implementation about overall environmental management, beyond
what is required by the relevant laws and regulations, and carried out continuously. This agenda is held every
year by Ministry of Environment.
