Monthly Employee - Management Gathering

In 2020, the Company continued to conduct Monthly Employee—Management Gathering on a monthly basis
with Covid-19 health protocol. The agenda of this gathering are explanation from Mr. Nasihin as KRA’s
Director regarding business & company updates, sharing session, and appreciation
for employees’ birthday.

Covid-19 Sharing Session by Doctor

Covid-19 sharing session was conducted many times in 2020 by different doctors with different theme. The
purpose of this agenda is to deliver knowledge or tricks to face the challenge situation in pandemic Covid-19
situation. This agenda was held by online and attended by all KRA’s employees.

Farewell of Mr. Warhana S. (18 May 2020) & Mr. Agung D. (14 Oct 2020)

KRA has 2 managements who have finished their dedication to KRA. First Manager was Mr. Warhana
Sumirta as Finance & Accounting Manager, which has moved to another group company. His position was
replaced by Mr. Hendy Nugroho. And second is Mr. Agung Djaka, which has retired from his responsibility in
KRA as General Manager of Quality, Technical Support, & Machining Division.
