               8. ELEVATION DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY

               In FY2020, KRA create a development program for accelerate their knowledge focusing on leadership based
               on Astra Leadership Competencies (ALC). This program starts on Oct, 2020 and continue for first 6 months
               length program.

                                                                                 development   and   fulfill   their
                                                                                 competencies  gap  for  talent
                                                                                 readiness as required.
                                                                                 This  program  beginning  with  in
                                                                                 class  training  based  on  3  priority
                                                                                 ALC     gap    on    participants
                                                                                 development  needs.  In  Class

                                                                 form  KRA’s  executive  or  inspiring  people  in  every
                                                                 competency  needed.  Program  continuing  with
                                                                 coaching and project improvement activity to support
                                                                 their competencies gap fulfillment.

                                                                 This  activity  will  be  reviewed  on  July,  2021  with
                                                                 project  presentation  of  participants  and  committee
                                                                 panel to review this program.

               9. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM - NGOPI YUK

               In FY2020, KRA create a development program for accelerate their knowledge focusing on leadership based
               on Astra Leadership Competencies (ALC). This program starts on Oct, 2020 and continue for first 6 months
               length program.


                                                              In  order  to  support  our  development  activity  in  new
                                                              normal,  KRA  create  several  development  method  in
                                                              collaboration  with  Knowledge  Management  (KM)
                                                              program, KRA.Berilmu.

                                                              In  FY2020,  KRA.Berilmu  running  several  program
                                                              such  as  Ngopi  Yuk,  Gammification  Learning  Forum
                                                              (Ga-Leaf),  and  K-Ring  2.0  focusing  on  general
                                                              knowledge  for  employee.  KRA.Berilmu  program
                                                              conducted  once  a  month  in  every  week  for  each
                                                              program.

                                                              On program implementation we using our platform in
                                                              KRA reman system, in sub menu K-Learn. We share
                                                              knowledge or information to all employee in different
                                                              way  and  using  gamification  learning  to  measure
