b. Continuing the water conservation process by
developing the installation of a Waste Water
Treatment Plant (WWTP) to be reused in production
operations and reducing the consumption of deep
well water.

c. Reduction of Environmental & B3 Waste by
implementing a waste management program,
namely the 3R (Reduce, Reuse & Recycle)
Program. This waste reduction includes domestic
waste, plastic waste, and the use of chemicals .

As a form of environmental control, the Company conducted periodic audit from Astra (AGC-AFC),
Government (PROPER), External Certification Agency ISO 14001:2015.

CO2 EMISSION REDUCTION

In carrying out its business activities, PT Komatsu remanufacturing Asia (KRA) is committed to minimize
the environmental impacts, including carbon emissions from company operations for the preservation of
nature and sustainability of the earth. KRA takes an active role in fighting climate change and invites the
community to maintain the sustainability of the earth for the lives of future generations. Therefore, KRA
makes various efforts in running an environmentally sound business.
KRA seeks to achieve emission reduction targets through various initiatives such as saving power,
Inverter Installation, Installation of equipment that is more energy efficient, as well as encouraging
changes in individual behavior to be able to restrain greenhouse gas emissions. Emission reduction will
have a positive impact on climate change and reducing greenhouse gas emissions which then pushes the
quality of economic growth.
