                     SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT


                                                                Safety,  Health,  and  Environment  concerns  are
                                                                incorporated  into  safe,  comfortable  and  clean
                                                                business  processes  to  protect  the  safety  and  raise
                                                                the  comfort  level  of  employees  in  performing  their
                                                                duties and also friendly for environment. In practice,
                                                                applied  programs  are  principally  determined  by  the
                                                                unique  characteristics  based  on  risk  assessments
                                                                performed for each business process. In fact, these
                                                                efforts have only one objective, which is to increase
                                                                overall  awareness  of  employees  and  other  parties
                                                                involved  in  health  and  safety  aspects  of  the
                                                                company’s  operational  activities  in  achieving  a
                                                                common  goal  of  Zero  Accident  and  Zero  Lost  Time
                                                                Injury.
                            (Safety Performance)
                         Safety Performance 2015 - 2019         In  2020,  the  company  reported  zero  accident  and
                                                                zero lost-time injury. This achievement was obtained
                                                                because  of  the  company's  commitment  to  Zero
                                                                Accident, Safety Campaign, routine inspections, and
                                                                employee  awareness  in  the  work  area  related  to
                                                                safety aspects, and also supported by good cultural
                                                                programs that combined  with Safety programs. This
                                                                achievement  also  supported  by  innovation  program
                                                                related to safety to ensure the work process run safer
                                                                and easy to do.
                           Safety Genba Management
                                                                These  are  combined  into  a  single  unit  as  a  work
                                                                safety  culture.  To  measure  safety,  health,  and
                                                                working   environment   activities,   the   company
                                                                implements AGC as a guideline standard.

                                                                The  company  carried  out  several  safety  activities
                                                                such as: First Aid Training, Fire Fighting Training by
                                                                DISNAKER,  Emergency  Evacuation  Simulation,
                                                                Inspection  of  Fire  Extinguishing  Equipment  /  Lifting
                                                                Equipment / Lightning Protection & Storage Tanks on
                            Review Result of Safety             a  regular  basis,  5S  Inspection  (Housekeeping

                                                                Management),  Health  Sharing,  and  several  related
                                                                activities other.

                                                                In 2020, the company was affected by the Covid-19
                                                                pandemic.  The  company  ensures  that  employee
                                                                health  is  an  important  factor  to  maintain  optimal
                                                                productivity. Therefore, the company formed a Covid-
                                                                19  Task  Force  called  the  Emergency  Response
                                                                Preparedness Team (TKTD) to carry out and monitor
                                                                prevention  and  follow-up  activities  for  affected
                                                                employees & families. Some of the policies and
