KRA ANNUAL REPORT Improvement
2020 Activities
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
The company has committed to develop competencies of
employees. KRA realized that the competency levels of
employees have significantly impacted to the quality and
productivity of the company. Furthermore, by developing
employees, the company can increase employees’
motivation. That is why development becomes a part of
employee retention strategy as well.
KRA implemented 4 competency models to develop
employees: Behavior Competence (BC), Technical
Operation Competence (TOC), Business Management
Training Hours Achievement 2016 - 2020 Competence (BMC), and English Literacy (EL).
In 2020, the company has set the target of development
hours for 5% from working hours (591.955 hours), and it
has achieved 5.6 % (33.166 hours). Distribution of
development hours is described in the right graph.
In line with people development scheme, the company
conducted some activities, as follow:

KRA held Innovation Convention in order to enhance
innovation & improvement spirit of all employees.
This convention consists of SS (Suggestion System),
QCC (Quality Control Circle) & SCC (Safety Control
Circle) for technical and non- technical aspect .
To support innovation activities, KRA conducts QCC/SCC
day in every Thursday at 7.30 - 8.30 WITA.
Beside that, During the Covid-19 pandemic like today,
KRA coordinates innovation through online media, to
maximize innovation activities.
KRA Innovation Achievement
Another support for SS innovation, KRA uses the existing
online system in the Reman System, this platform can be
accessed easily by innovators to create new & unique
innovations.
In 2020, KRA participated in some QC convention events.
