2. MECHANIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Mechanic competence assessment process is to ensure
that all mechanics own good competency in order to
produce Certified Remanufactured Product which
enhances customer satisfaction that is in line with
company strategy business .
In this program, the company has conducted some
activities. There was a workshop of Individual
Mechanic Certification Development Plan (IDP) and mechanic certification with
implementation MMP Reborn used method after passed
P2M2 valuation the Mechanic doing certification.

This is the 9 years of Mechanic Management Program
(MMP) implementation.
3. MACHINIST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The program was a machinist competency assessment
process to ensure that all machinist has good competency
in order to produce Certified Remanufactured Product
which enhances customer satisfaction which in line with
(Mechanic & Machinist Development Program)
company strategy business.
In this project, the company conducted some activities.
There was design of machinist competence matrix,
machinist competence survey, Individual Development
Program (IDP) workshop, and machinist certification
(training, gathering experience and certification) .

This is the 5 years of Machinist Development Program
(MDP) implementation.
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, we change some methods of
development to ensure health protocol running well, such
as online development and social distancing when

practical training.
4. MECHANIC & MACHINIST SKILL CONTEST
In 2020, KRA continue held skill contest category for
machinist. This agenda is good for KRA competition
atmosphere because machining is one of major key for
KRA business and also to prepare KRA to join Olympic
Skill Contest for Machinist Category. But because of
Covid-19 Pandemic, Skill Contest held with closed
Competition for each employee and share via live stream
to ensure the health protocol of Covid-19 implemented
(KRA Mechanic Skill Contest 2020 well.
