Annual General Meeting of Shareholders FY2019 couldn’t be held offline due to pandemic Covid-19. So this
online method is the first AGMS meeting that was held by video conference.

Ground Breaking of Plant Integration (Movement of Mulawarman Plant
to Balikpapan Plant) (15 July 2020)
In 2020, the company started to move Mulawarman Plant to Balikpapan Plant, and will operate only in a
single Plant in Karang Joang area. By this improvement, hopefully KRA can more be effective and get more
benefits in operational and others aspects.

Independence Day Ceremony (17 August 2020)
Different with ceremony in many years ago which usually attended by all employees, this agenda in this year
were only attended by a few employees representatives.
