Office of the National Water Resources serves as a member and secretary of the National Water Resources Committee Section 23, states that the Office of the National Water Resource%u2019s serves as the NWRC%u2019s secretariat, Basin with the following duties and authorities:(1) to be responsible for clerical work of the N.W.R.C. and sub-committees;(2)to screen matters and submit opinions to the
