conditions. Subsequently, on 12 September 2024, the ONWR organized a lesson-learned seminar on dry season water management for the 2023/2024 cycle, with participation from all relevant sectors. The seminar served as a platform for joint analysis, dialogue, and exchange of views, as well as to collect public feedback and recommendations on (draft) 8 measures for the upcoming dry season. These inputs will be u%u0e1dsed to further refine the operationalguidelines. In addition, a project to enhance the efficiency of water resource management in response to drought and dry spells in 2025 was developed. Relevant agencies were assigned to prepare urgent and essential water action plans that align with the (draft) preparedness measures and currently lack dedicated budgetary support, in order to seek funding for effective implementation during the dry season.63ANNUAL REPORTNational Water Resources Committee (NWRC) 2024
