The faculty of IFSU-CCS receive several incentives such as Year-end Bonus
which is equivalent to month basic known salary, mid-year bonus which is also
equivalent to 1 month basic salary, Performance Incentive Bonus PIB, Personal
Emergency Relief Allowance (PERA) and Additional Compensation (ADCOM), Service
Recognition Incentive (SRI), Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA), Productivity
Enhancement Incentive (PI), Performance Based Bonus (PBB).

GSIS Benefits
Government employees on permanent status are covered by the GSIS on
compulsory basis. On the other hand, non-permanent employees who have been in
the service for not less than sixty (60) days are also entitled to a term insurance
renewable yearly.
Retirement
Retirement requires specified age and a minimum number of years in service.
Separation from the service at the mandatory age of sixty-five (65) is called
compulsory retirement. A retirement at an earlier age is referred to as optional
retirement. Both retirement schemes require a minimum of years of service
rendered.
