Guided by the approved Model Merit System for Faculty Members of State
Universities and Colleges and Local Colleges and Universities (CSC Resolution No.
051404 dated October 6, 2005) the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service
Excellence (PRAISE) is being adopted and implemented in Ifugao State University.

This program aims to encourage, recognize, and reward employees, individually or
in groups, for their contribution, innovative ideas, superior accomplishments, and
other personal efforts contributing to efficiency, economy and improvement in
government operations which lead to organizational productivity.
