Rite Journey -
On Wednesday 31st May, the Year 9s attended Altitude Day at The Adelaide Convention Centre.
This was an important part of The Rite Journey Program, and they were challenged to be leaders even if they don’t have an official leadership badge or title. They were given many great tips around building culture and achieving their dreams and goals.
Also, they were spoken to by many great speakers including Dr Trudy Lin, 2022 SA Young Australian Of The Year.

Go-Kart Project
In the Harvest Auto Workshop, each of the Year 10 students have been given a go-kart engine and must ensure it runs. Then, they need to complete a guided step-by-step disassembly of the engine, learning about its difffferent components as they go. Students are currently rebuilding their engines using an engine manual and guidance. Once the rebuild is complete, they will need to start their engines or diagnose why it won’t start and fifix any problems.
