-- other symptoms (cough, shortness of breath) have improved AND
-- at least 7 days have passed since the symptoms first appeared. If you're sick, anyone in your
household you have had close contact with (within six feet for approximately 10 minutes) should self-
quarantine for 14 days, even if you haven’t been tested for COVID-19.
VII. Official and Media Reporting
We must first recognize the power of all forms of media in influencing public perception and reaction;
including social media. This event is one of the most widely, by the hour, published events in modern
history. If the media published every common flu case, and then death - people would react similarly as
they have to this event, and would come to expect the same official reactions instead of being proactive
as they have long become over the decades. This would be a relative blip on the viral flu screen like past
outbreaks. The recent outbreak of the coronavirus has raised awareness for hygiene and even sparked a
State of Emergency in Colorado. On 03/10/2020 Fox 31 News did so – and not since have we seen – with
a perspective, “The recent outbreak of the coronavirus has raised awareness for hygiene and even
sparked a State of Emergency in Colorado. Here is a perspective from the CDC about the effect of the Flu
vs. Coronavirus in the US this season” the effect of the Flu vs. Coronavirus in the US this season: Flu

VIII. Official Policies
The published policies have not been about reducing deaths, which the public empathizes with, it has
been through a hospital bed and ventilator crisis which neither have happened.
Excluding those persons in a high-risk pool, the order specifies the following for all Coloradoans
